7 Reasons Why Vehicle Condition Should Not be Part of an Employee’s Annual…

This article offers a lot of good points. But I believe those same arguments can be thwarted with the new technology and some old school initiatives be placed into effect and the company standing behind whatever is instituted.

One thing I have never been able to understand is why someone who needs a particular vehicle to earn a living would not take care of it! when it is down in theory that employee makes no money for the company yet is getting paid while the vehicle is repaired. Just doesn’t seem fair to me that this cannot be straightened out.
